Marisa credits her passion for story telling through styling, photography and film to the influences of her grandmother, home maker mother, engineer/ amateur photographer father, her uncle Film Director Paul Morrissey, and family friends Nico, Peter Beard, and Andy Warhol.

Marisa is a Photographer, Film Maker, and Fashion Stylist.

Marisa Crawford started her professional career as a model with Elite, working regularly with photographers Steven Meisel, Guy Bourdin, Bill King, David Bailey, Oliviero Toscani, Peter Lindberg, Mario Testino, director Rebecca Blake, and Illustrator Antonio Lopez, and appeared regularly in spreads for Vogue, French Vogue, Italian Vogue, Elle, Mademoiselle, Harpers Bazaar, and GQ.

As a Fashion Stylist/ Consultant to high-end retail advertising campaigns, Marisa's clients include:

Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom’s, Bergdorf Goodman, Lane Crawford, Dayton’s Oval Room, Bloomingdales, Mitchell’s, Banana Republic, Anne Taylor Loft, Reem Acra, and Esprit.
